My Piece of Earth is the name of this tile. The name is from a Celtic song. Depending upon the glaze colors, this tile could represent foothiils, a seascape or even sand dunes. It speaks of different places to different people. The unframed tiles shown here were fired in a gas kiln; the framed tile in an electric kiln. The tile dimensions are approximately 6" X 11 3/4".
